Our pricing is based on square metres and scope of work. A design-only project starts at a different price point than a full turnkey renovation. We provide a detailed quote after the initial consultation — no surprises.

Payment is structured in stages tied to project milestones. You pay for design upon concept approval, for furnishing upon order placement, and for construction in phases tied to completion milestones. We outline the full payment schedule in our initial proposal.

Renovations can be unpredictable — old wiring, plumbing surprises, material price changes. When something changes, we tell you immediately, explain the options, and wait for your approval before proceeding. No work happens without your sign-off.

A design-only project typically takes 4-6 weeks. A full turnkey renovation ranges from 3-6 months depending on scope. We provide a realistic timeline during the initial consultation and track progress through our platform.

We meet (in person or video call), discuss your space, lifestyle, and goals. We'll ask about your timeline, budget range, and design preferences. It's free, casual, and there's no commitment. You'll leave with a clear understanding of how we'd approach your project.

Absolutely — this is fundamental to our process. Every project includes photorealistic 3D visualisations that show exactly what your finished space will look like. Nothing is built until you've approved the design.

Yes — this is one of our most common requests. Prague developer-standard apartments are a blank canvas. We handle everything from design concept to final styling, transforming a bare shell into a finished home.

Yes. Our Furnishing service includes sourcing, ordering, delivery logistics, and professional installation of all furniture, lighting, textiles, and accessories. We work with both international brands and local Czech craftspeople.

Of course. We'll assess what you have, what fits the new design, and what should be replaced. Many clients keep sentimental pieces — we design around them so they feel intentional, not leftover.

Yes. While we love working on full homes, we're happy to design individual rooms — a living room refresh, a kitchen redesign, or a nursery for a new arrival. The process is the same, just focused.

We're based in Prague. Most of our work happens on-site at your property and in our design studio. The first consultation can be in person or via video call — whichever is easier for you.

Yes. We understand that many of our clients work demanding schedules during the week. We're available for consultations and site visits on weekends by appointment.
